Lazy Vareniki

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 400 g
- Egg – 1
- Sugar – 2-3 tablespoons
- Flour – 4-5 tablespoons
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
Mix the cottage cheese with the egg, sugar, and salt. Add the flour and knead into a soft dough. Form a sausage and cut into small pieces. Cook in boiling water for 2-3 minutes after the chicken rises to the surface. Serve with sour cream, honey, or berries.
Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 500 g
- Egg – 1
- Breadcrumbs – 100 g
- Salt and spices – to taste
- Vegetable oil
Directions:
Cut the fillet into small pieces. Dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan until golden brown or bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce.
Meatball Soup

Ingredients:
- Minced meat (chicken or beef) – 300 g
- Potatoes – 2-3
- Carrot – 1
- Onion – 1
- Water or broth – 1.5 l
- Salt – to taste
Directions:
Form small meatballs from the ground meat. Add the chopped potatoes to boiling water, then the meatballs. After 10 minutes, add the fried carrots and onions. Cook until tender. Add herbs, if desired.
Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
- Macaroni – 200 g
- Cheese – 150 g
- Milk – 100 ml
- Butter – 20 g
- Salt – to taste
Directions:
Boil the pasta until tender. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the milk and grated cheese. Stir until a sauce forms. Combine the pasta with the cheese sauce and serve hot.
Filled Pancakes

Ingredients for the dough:
- Milk – 500 ml
- Eggs – 2
- Flour – 200 g
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Pinch of salt
Fillings:
- Cottage cheese with sugar
- Banana and chocolate
- Chicken with cheese
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough and bake thin pancakes. Add the filling, roll into a roll or envelope. Lightly fry before serving, if desired.
