The streaming service Netflix officially confirmed the launch of production of the third season of the Wednesday series back in February and revealed the cast. At the same time, the details of the plot remained secret for a long time, but recently the creators shared the first shot from the filming.
A photo with the main character performed by Jenna Ortega appeared on the project’s official Instagram page. In the photo, the actress appears in the image of Wednesday against the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, holding a piece of paper in her hands. Nearby you can see her unusual companion – a living hand named Thing, an important character in the Addams family.

The publication was accompanied by a laconic caption: “From Paris, with horror.”
Let us remember that the second season ended with the heroine going in search of her friend and neighbor Enid, who, stuck in the guise of a wolf, disappeared into the wild. How events will continue in France has not yet been revealed.
It is known that new faces will join the cast in the new season, including Eva Green, who will play Aunt Ophelia, as well as Winona Ryder, Andrew McCarthy and James Lance. Alfred Gough and Miles Millar remain the showrunners of the project, and Tim Burton continues to direct.
