Step-by-step preparation:

  • Peel the apples and cut into slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Whip the butter with sugar and eggs. Add flour and baking powder.
  • Pour the dough into the pan, arrange the apples on top.
  • Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
  • Pour over the caramel sauce before serving.

Pear strudel with honey and nuts

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter. Tamp into the mold – this will be the base.
  • Whip the cream cheese with sugar, add eggs, cream, pumpkin puree and spices.
  • Pour the mixture onto the base.
  • Bake at 160°C for about 50 minutes.
  • Cool and serve with a scoop of whipped cream.
