When it’s chilly outside, it’s especially nice to warm up with a cup of tea and something sweet you’ve made yourself. Apple Pie with Cinnamon and Caramel

Ingredients:
- apples – 4 pcs.
- sugar – 150 g
- flour – 200 g
- butter – 100 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- cinnamon – 1 tsp
- caramel sauce – to taste
Step-by-step preparation:
- Peel the apples and cut into slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Whip the butter with sugar and eggs. Add flour and baking powder.
- Pour the dough into the pan, arrange the apples on top.
- Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
- Pour over the caramel sauce before serving.
Pear strudel with honey and nuts

Ingredients:
- ready-made puff pastry – 500 g
- pears – 3 pcs.
- walnuts – 50 g
- honey – 2 tbsp
- icing sugar – for sprinkling
Step-by-step preparation:
- Cut the pears into thin slices, chop the nuts.
- Place the pears on the rolled out dough, pour over the honey and sprinkle with nuts.
- Roll up carefully, pinch the edges.
- Bake at 190°C for about 30-35 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished strudel with powdered sugar.
Pumpkin cheesecake with spices

Ingredients:
- cookies (shortbread) – 200 g
- butter – 80 g
- pumpkin puree – 250 g
- cream cheese – 400 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- sugar – 120 g
- cream 20% – 100 ml
- cinnamon, nutmeg – a pinch
Step-by-step preparation:
- Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter. Tamp into the mold – this will be the base.
- Whip the cream cheese with sugar, add eggs, cream, pumpkin puree and spices.
- Pour the mixture onto the base.
- Bake at 160°C for about 50 minutes.
- Cool and serve with a scoop of whipped cream.
