Sandwiches are a classic morning breakfast. But instead of the usual butter and cheese, you can make delicious and healthy creamy spreads that will make your morning brighter and more appetizing. Curd cream with herbs and garlic

Ingredients:
- soft cottage cheese – 200 g
- sour cream or yogurt without sugar – 2 tbsp.
- garlic – 1 clove
- fresh herbs (dill, parsley, green onions) – a small bunch
- salt and pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Combine the cottage cheese with sour cream and beat with a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Add chopped herbs and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
This spread goes well with rye toast, fresh cucumbers or tomatoes. You can spread it on bread and put a slice of boiled egg on top.
Avocado spread with lemon

Ingredients:
- ripe avocado – 1 pc.
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
- olive oil – 1 tsp.
- salt and ground pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Mash the avocado pulp with a fork or chop with a blender.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
The spread is especially delicious on whole grain bread or crispy toast. You can add salmon or shrimp to the sandwich.
Creamy tuna pate

Ingredients:
- canned tuna in its own juice – 1 can (about 150 g)
- cream cheese – 100 g
- lemon juice – 1 tsp
- freshly ground pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Drain the liquid from the can of tuna.
- Combine the fish with cream cheese and lemon juice.
- Whip in a blender until smooth, add pepper.
Perfect for breakfast or a light snack. Goes well with white bread, herbs, slices of fresh cucumber.
