Melon salad with prosciutto and mozzarella

It has a sweet and salty, refreshing taste, perfect for a light dinner or picnic.
Ingredients:
- Melon — 300 g
- Prosciutto — 6-8 slices
- Mozzarella — 150 g
- Basil leaves — to taste
- Olive oil — 2 tbsp
- Freshly ground pepper — to taste
- Balsamic cream (optional) — for serving
Preparation:
Cut the melon into cubes or use a spoon to make balls. Place on a plate with mozzarella and prosciutto slices. Add fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper. You can garnish with drops of balsamic cream. Serve immediately.
Melon salad with cucumber and feta

It has a fresh, slightly salty taste, perfect for a snack on a hot day.
Ingredients:
- Melon — 300 g
- Cucumber — 1 pc.
- Feta cheese — 100 g
- Fresh mint — 5-6 leaves
- Lime — 1/2 pc.
- Olive oil — 1 tbsp.
- A pinch of salt (to taste)
Preparation:
Cut the melon and cucumber into cubes (you can peel the cucumber for a more delicate taste). Add crumbled feta and chopped mint. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Mix gently and serve chilled.
Fruit and green salad with melon and avocado

It has an unusual, creamy and juicy taste, ideal for a light lunch or as a side dish for fish.
Ingredients:
- Melon — 200 g
- Avocado (ripe) — 1 pc.
- Arugula or mix of salad leaves — 1 handful
- Lime — 1 pc.
- Honey – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Preparation:
Cut the avocado into slices, the melon into pieces. Place everything on a bed of lettuce leaves. Mix lime juice, honey, olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl – you will get a light dressing. Pour over the salad and serve immediately so that the avocado does not darken.
