Potato Casserole with Minced Meat

Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 800 g
- Minced meat (pork, beef, or chicken) – 400 g
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Milk – 100 ml
- Butter – 50 g
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Salt, pepper, and spices – to taste
Directions:
- Boil the potatoes until soft and mash them, adding milk and butter.
- Fry the onion until golden brown, add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Place half the mashed potatoes in a baking dish, then the ground beef, and top with the remaining mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C, until golden brown.
Vegetable casserole with broccoli and cauliflower

Ingredients:
- Broccoli – 300 g
- Cauliflower – 300 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Cream or sour cream – 150 ml
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Butter for greasing the pan
Preparation:
- Divide the cabbage into florets and boil for 3-5 minutes in salted water.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, add salt and pepper.
- Place the vegetables in the pan, pour the egg-cream mixture over them, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
Chicken casserole with rice and cheese

Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken fillet – 400 g
- Boiled rice – 2 cups
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sour cream or mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fry with the onion and carrots until lightly golden.
- Combine the rice with the chicken, add the sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
