Herring and beetroot canapes

Ingredients:
- Lightly salted herring – 1 fillet
- Black bread – 6 slices
- Boiled beetroot – 1 pc.
- Cream cheese or mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Greens – to taste
Preparation:
- Grate the beets on a fine grater. Add cream cheese (or mayonnaise) and chopped garlic, mix.
- Cut the bread into small squares or circles, you can lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
- Put a little beet mass on each piece of bread.
- Put a piece of herring on top and garnish with greens.
Pita fish rolls with canned fish

Ingredients:
- Thin pita bread – 1 sheet
- Canned fish (tuna, sardines or mackerel in its own juice) – 1 can
- Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- Greens — to taste
Preparation:
- Mash the canned food with a fork in a bowl, removing large bones.
- Grate the eggs, add to the fish.
- Grate or finely chop the cucumber, add to the mixture.
- Pour in the mayonnaise, add the greens, mix well.
- Put the filling on the pita bread, distribute evenly.
- Roll into a roll, wrap in film and put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Cut into portions and serve.
Stuffed eggs with red fish

Ingredients:
- Eggs — 6 pcs.
- Lightly salted red fish (salmon, trout) — 100 g
- Cream cheese — 2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice — 1 tsp
- Dill or green onions — to taste
Preparation:
- Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and cut in half.
- Carefully remove the yolks, put them in a bowl.
- Add cream cheese, lemon juice and finely chopped red fish to the yolks. Knead and mix everything thoroughly.
- Fill the egg halves with the resulting mass using a teaspoon or a pastry bag. Garnish with herbs.
