Pita bread with cheese and herbs in a frying pan

Ingredients:
- 1 thin pita bread
- 100 g hard cheese
- A bunch of dill or parsley
- 1 tbsp butter
How to cook:
- Grate the cheese, finely chop the herbs.
- Unfold the lavash, spread the cheese and herbs, fold it into an envelope or roll.
- Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the lavash on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve hot, while the cheese is stretchy.
Egg roll in lavash

Ingredients:
- 1 lavash
- 2 eggs
- 50 g cheese
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- A little butter
How to cook:
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Make a thin omelette in a frying pan.
- Put the lavash on it, turn it over, sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Roll it up right in the frying pan and heat for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
Lavash with cottage cheese and honey

Ingredients:
- 1 lavash
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 1-2 tbsp. honey
- A handful of raisins or dried apricots
How to cook:
- Mix cottage cheese with honey, add chopped dried fruits.
- Put the filling on the pita bread, roll it up.
- You can slightly warm it up in a dry frying pan or in the microwave.
