Adyghe cheese is a versatile product that can be eaten just like that, added to salads, pasta, baked or fried. It is tender, with a light creamy taste and goes well with both vegetables and cereals and pasta. Today we offer three of the simplest, but very tasty dishes that are easy to cook at home. Fried Adyghe cheese

This dish is similar to cheese steaks – crispy crust on the outside, tender texture on the inside. Perfect as an appetizer or a quick snack.
Ingredients:
- Adyghe cheese – 200 g
- flour or breadcrumbs – 2-3 tbsp
- vegetable oil – for frying
- optional: honey, sour cream or tomato sauce for serving
Preparation:
- Cut the cheese into slices about 1 cm thick.
- Rod each piece in flour or breadcrumbs.
- Heat the frying pan, add a little oil.
- Fry the cheese on both sides until golden brown (1-2 minutes).
- Serve hot – it is especially tasty with honey or sour cream.
Salad with Adyghe cheese and vegetables

A light and fresh salad that can be prepared in just 5-7 minutes. A great option for dinner or a snack.
Ingredients:
- Adyghe cheese – 150 g
- fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- sweet bell pepper – 1 pc.
- greens (dill, parsley or basil) – a small bunch
- olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- salt and pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the cheese into cubes. Cut the vegetables into medium pieces.
- Mix the cheese, vegetables and greens in a salad bowl. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately to keep the ingredients fresh.
Pasta with Adyghe cheese and greens

A simple Italian-style dinner option – pasta with soft cheese and aromatic greens.
Ingredients:
- pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine or any other of your choice) – 200 g
- Adyghe cheese – 150 g
- garlic – 2 cloves
- greens (dill, parsley, basil) – a small bunch
- olive oil – 2-3 tbsp.
- salt and pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Boil the pasta in salted water until done.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, lightly fry the chopped garlic (1 minute).
- Add the oil with garlic to the pasta, stir.
- Cut the Adyghe cheese into cubes and add to the hot pasta.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
