Skilleted Salmon with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet – 2 pieces;
- Lemon – ½;
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp;
- Salt and pepper – to taste;
- Fresh dill or parsley.
Step-by-step preparation:
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
- Place it skin-side down and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Turn over, add lemon juice and herbs.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Fish in foil in the oven

Ingredients:
- cod or pike-perch fillet – 2 servings;
- bell pepper – 1;
- tomato – 1;
- lemon wedges;
- salt, pepper, and herbs – to taste.
Step-by-step preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the fish on a piece of foil, then top with the sliced vegetables.
- Season and add a lemon wedge.
- Wrap the foil like an envelope and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Grilled Tuna with Soy Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 tuna steaks;
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil;
- 1 clove garlic;
- sesame seeds (optional).
Step-by-step preparation:
- Mix the soy sauce, oil, and minced garlic. Marinate the tuna for 5 minutes.
- Preheat a grill pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
