- thin lavash – 1 sheet
- cream cheese – 150 g
- lightly salted salmon – 120 g
- small bunch of fresh dill
- lemon juice – to taste
Step-by-step recipe:
- Lay the lavash out on a flat surface.
- Spread it evenly with cream cheese.
- Slice the fish into thin strips and arrange them on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and lightly drizzle with lemon juice.
- Carefully roll the lavash into a tight roll.
- Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
- Before serving, cut into portions with a sharp knife.
Baked Lavash Rolls with Chicken and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1-2 lavash sheets
- 200 g boiled chicken fillet
- 150 g hard cheese
- 3-4 tbsp sour cream or mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step instructions:
- Finely chop the chicken fillet or separate it into strands.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and mince the garlic.
- Combine the chicken, cheese, garlic, and sour cream, then add salt and pepper.
- Cut the lavash into medium-sized rectangles.
- Spread the filling on top and roll into rolls.
- Place them in a baking dish.
- Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Cold Lavash Appetizer with Ham and Vegetables

Ingredients:
- lavash – 1 sheet
- ham – 150 g
- bell pepper – 1
- fresh cucumber – 1
- processed cheese – 150 g
- lettuce – optional
Step-by-step recipe:
- Lay the lavash out on a table and spread with processed cheese.
- Slice the ham into thin strips.
- Slice the pepper and cucumber into strips.
- Spread the filling in an even layer, add the lettuce leaves.
- Roll the lavash into a roll, pressing gently.
- Child in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Slice into portions before serving.
