- 200 g boiled beets
- 200 g flour
- 50 g cocoa
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
- Mash the beets until smooth. Beat the eggs with sugar, then add the butter and beets.
- Mix the dry ingredients and combine with the wet mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve with dark chocolate or thick Greek yogurt.
Beetroot Cheesecake

Ingredients:
- Crushed biscuits – 200 g
- Butter – 70 g
- Boiled beets – 150 g
- Cream cheese – 400 g
- Sugar – 120 g
- Whipping cream – 150 ml
- Gelatin – 10 g
Directions:
- Mix the biscuits with melted butter and press into a mold.
- Purse the beets in a blender.
- Combine the cheese, sugar, beets, and whipped cream.
- Fold in the gelatin and spread over the base.
- Chill for 4 hours.

Ingredients:
- Beetroot puree – 150 g
- Flour – 200 g
- Sugar – 100 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Orange zest — to taste
- Vegetable oil — 80 ml
- Baking powder — 1.5 tsp
Directions:
- Whisk the eggs with sugar, add the oil and beetroot.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and zest.
- Pour into baking pans and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
