Ingredients:
- Water – 1 liter
- 9% vinegar – 100 ml
- Salt – 2 tablespoons
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
- Bay leaf – 2 pcs
- Black peppercorns – 8-10 pcs
- Cloves – 2-3 buds
- Garlic – 3 cloves
Step-by-step preparation:
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt, sugar, and spices. Simmer the marinade for 5-7 minutes, then pour in the vinegar.
- Add the pre-boiled mushrooms and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Place in sterilized jars and pour the marinade over them.
Spicy marinade with soy sauce and garlic

Suitable for: champignons, oyster mushrooms, butter mushrooms. Its flavor is slightly Asian, with a pleasant saltiness and spicy aroma. Ingredients:
- Soy sauce – 100 ml
- Water – 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Dried thyme – ½ tsp
- Parsley or dill – for serving
Step-by-step preparation:
- Combine all ingredients except the herbs and bring to a boil. Add the mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cool the marinade in the water, then let it marinate for at least 6-8 hours in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
- Water – 500 ml
- Lemon juice – 3 tbsp spoons

- Chili pepper – ½ pod
- Salt – 1.5 teaspoons
- Sugar – ½ teaspoon
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Coriander (seeds) – ½ teaspoon
Step-by-step preparation:
- Boil water with salt, sugar, and spices. Add lemon juice and oil, stir.
