Avocado and Egg Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 slice of whole grain bread
- ½ an avocado
- 1 egg (boiled, poached, or fried)
- Salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste
Directions:
- Toast the bread in a toaster or dry frying pan.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, add a little salt and lemon juice.
- Spread the mixture on toast and top with an egg.
- Sprinkle with pepper or sesame seeds, if desired.
Banana and Nut Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons rolled oats
- 200 ml milk or water
- ½ a banana
- A handful of walnuts
- A dash of honey or syrup, to taste
Directions:
- Pour milk over the oats and simmer for 3-5 minutes, until thickened.
- Add the sliced banana and stir.
- Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with honey.
Energy Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk or plant-based drink
- 1 teaspoon honey
- A small handful of rolled oats or flax seeds
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass or bottle.
