Sugar-Free Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. oatmeal
- a pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- a little oil for frying
Preparation:
- Mash the banana with a fork until puree.
- Add the egg and oatmeal, stir.
- Heat the frying pan, lightly grease with oil.
- Fry small pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Vegetable Omelette

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- half a tomato
- a little bell pepper
- greens (dill, parsley)
- a pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Whisk eggs with milk and a pinch of salt.
- Finely chop vegetables and greens.
- Heat the frying pan, lightly fry the vegetables.
- Pour the egg mixture over them and cook under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- 150 ml milk or water
- half an apple
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a little honey (for children over 3 years old)
Preparation:
- Bring milk or water to a boil.
- Add oatmeal and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Cut the apple into cubes and add to the porridge.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, sweeten with honey if desired.
Cottage cheese pancakes in the oven

Ingredients:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp semolina or flour
- 1 tsp sugar (can be replaced with honey or not added at all)
- a pinch of vanilla
Preparation:
- Mix the cottage cheese, egg, flour and vanilla.
- Form small pancakes.
- Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
Chia pudding with berries

Ingredients:
- 200 ml milk or yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- a handful of fresh or frozen berries
- a little honey or banana for sweetness
Preparation:
- Mix the milk with the chia seeds, leave in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, stir the pudding, add berries and a little honey.
