Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:
- Pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne) — 200 g
- Mushrooms — 200 g
- Cream (20–30%) — 200 ml
- Garlic — 1–2 cloves
- Vegetable or butter — for frying
- Salt and black pepper — to taste
- Grated Parmesan — optional
Directions:
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, according to package instructions.
- Slice the mushrooms and finely chop the garlic.
- Heat a frying pan with oil, fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the mushrooms.
- Cook the mushrooms for 5–7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and heat the sauce for 3–5 minutes, without bringing to a boil. Add the cooked pasta, stir, and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with grated cheese.
Chicken Fillet with Vegetables in a Frying Pan

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 400 g
- Bell pepper – 1
- Zucchini or squash – 1
- Carrot – 1
- Soy sauce or salt – to taste
- Vegetable oil – for frying
- Spices (paprika, Italian herbs) – optional
Directions:
- Cut the chicken fillet into strips or cubes.
- Wash the vegetables and cut into strips or rounds.
- Heat the frying pan with oil and add the chicken.
- Fry the fillet for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add the vegetables, stir, and cook for another 7-10 minutes over medium heat. Finally, add salt or soy sauce and season with spices.
- Serve hot, with rice or bulgur, if desired.
Cheese and Herb Omelette

Ingredients:
- Eggs – 3-4
- Milk – 2-3 tablespoons
- Hard cheese – 80-100 g
- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Butter – for frying
Directions:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk and salt until smooth.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and finely chop the herbs.
- Heat the frying pan and grease it with butter.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle the cheese and herbs over the omelette.
- Cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the cheese melts. Carefully fold the omelette and serve immediately.
