Summer is the perfect time to cook fish on the grill. Fish steaks turn out especially juicy, flavorful and healthy if you choose high-quality fish, the right marinade and do not dry out the product on the fire. Salmon steak in citrus marinade

Ingredients:
- Salmon steaks – 2-3 pcs.
- Orange – 1 pc.
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Fresh rosemary
Preparation:
- Squeeze the juice from the orange and lemon. Add olive oil, soy sauce, chopped garlic, salt and pepper to the juice.
- Pour the resulting marinade over the steaks, add a sprig of rosemary. Leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
- Fry on a well-heated grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Tuna steak with spicy garlic butter

Ingredients:
- Tuna steaks – 2 pcs.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Pepper mix — to taste
For garlic butter:
- Butter — 50 g
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Parsley — a small bunch
- Lemon juice — 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Mix butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Marinate tuna for 20-30 minutes.
- Melt butter, add chopped garlic, lemon juice and parsley, creating butter.
- Fry tuna on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side (do not overcook — tuna can easily dry out). Pour garlic butter over the finished steak.
Grilled dorado with aromatic herbs

Ingredients:
- Dorado — 2 pcs.
- Lemon — 1 pc.
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Olive oil — 2 tbsp.
- Italian herb mix — 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Make cuts on both sides of the fish. Put lemon slices, garlic, a pinch of salt and herbs inside the belly. Coat the outside with a mixture of oil, salt and spices.
- Wrap the fish in foil and fry for 6-7 minutes on each side.
