Kraffins with raisins and orange peel

Such a dessert is as close as possible to the traditional Easter and will please with its wonderful taste.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 3 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon orange peel
Step by step preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare the cruffin tins.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add milk and stir.
- In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients mixture to the bowl of wet ingredients and mix well.
- Add raisins and orange zest and stir again.
- Divide the batter into cruffin tins and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Chocolate cruffins

If you love unusual and sweet desserts, make Easter with chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 3 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step by step preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare the cruffin tins.

Coconut kraffins
