Directions:
- Combine oats, milk, and sweetener in a jar.
- Add chia seeds and stir.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, add fruit and enjoy.

Lazy Microwave Scrambled Eggs

If you don’t have time to stand at the stove, the microwave is perfect.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
