Meatball and Potato Soup

Ingredients:
- Minced meat (any kind) – 300 g
- Potatoes – 3–4 pcs.
- Carrots – 1
- Onion – 1
- Noodles – 50 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Herbs
Directions:
- Form the minced meat into small meatballs, adding salt and pepper. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil and carefully lower the meatballs in. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped potatoes, then finely chopped onion and carrots. After 10-15 minutes, add the noodles and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving. This is a light and hearty soup that’s perfect for any meal.
Tomato Soup with Minced Meat and Rice

Ingredients:
- Minced Meat – 300 g
- Rice – 70 g
- Tomato Paste – 2 tbsp
- Potatoes – 2
- Onion – 1
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Salt, spices
Directions:
- Fry the ground meat in a frying pan until lightly browned. Add the onion and garlic and cook for a few more minutes.
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add the chopped potatoes and rice. After 10 minutes, add the ground meat and vegetables and tomato paste.
- Simmer until the rice is tender (about 10-15 minutes). Finally, add salt and spices to taste. The soup is thick, aromatic, and very filling.
Cheese Soup with Ground Meat

Ingredients:
- Minced meat – 250-300 g
- Processed cheese – 2 pcs.
- Potatoes – 3 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Salt, pepper
Directions:
- Fry the ground meat with the onion until tender. Boil the potatoes in a saucepan and add the carrots. When the vegetables are almost done, add the ground meat. Then add the sliced processed cheese and stir thoroughly until completely melted.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes. The soup will be thick, creamy, and very flavorful.
