Classic Herb-Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (about 1.5 kg)
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, basil)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Rinse the chicken thoroughly and pat dry.
- Mix the oil with crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Rub the chicken with the mixture and let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- Bake for 1–1.5 hours, basting occasionally with the juices.
Chicken with Honey and Mustard

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of half a lemon
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix the honey, mustard, and lemon juice.
- Rub the chicken with the mixture, season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
Oven-Baked Chicken with Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken (1-1.5 kg)
- 4-5 potatoes
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Favorite spices
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Rub the chicken with oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges, lightly salt, and toss with oil.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and arrange the potatoes around it.
- Bake for 1-1.5 hours, until the chicken is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
