Classic strawberry lemonade

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries – 300 g
  • Lemons – 2-3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 100 g (to taste)
  • Water – 1 l
  • Ice – optional

How to cook:

  • Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and blend until puree. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice.
  • Pour the lemon juice into a liter jar or jug, add the strawberry puree and sugar, and stir.
  • Pour in the water and stir well again. Strain the drink through a sieve if desired. Add ice and serve.

Strawberry-mint lemonade

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries – 250 g
  • Lemons – 2 pcs.
  • Mint – 1 bunch
  • Sugar or honey – 2–3 tbsp.
  • Water – 800 ml
  • Ice – to taste

How to prepare:

  • In a saucepan, mix 100 ml of water, sugar, and mint leaves. Heat for a couple of minutes over low heat to make mint syrup. Strain.
  • Chop the strawberries in a blender until puree. Mix the lemon juice, strawberry puree, and mint syrup in a jug. Add the remaining water, stir and chill.
  • Serve with ice cubes and fresh mint leaves.

Carbonated strawberry lemonade

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries – 200 g
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Carbonated mineral water – 500 ml
  • Ice cubes and mint – optional

How to prepare:

  • Purl the strawberries and sugar in a blender. Squeeze the lemon juice and add to the puree.
  • Strain the mixture if you want a pure drink without pulp.
  • Pour 1/3 of the strawberry mixture into a glass, add ice, fill with soda and stir. Garnish with mint or a slice of lemon.
