Ingredients:
- Champignons – 500 g
- Hard cheese – 100 g

Preparation:
- Cut the chicken fillet and onion into small cubes. Fry until done.
- Add cream, simmer for 5 minutes, then cool.
- Mix the mixture with grated cheese.
- Fill the mushroom caps, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with herbs before serving.
Mushrooms with bacon and cream cheese
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 500 g
- Bacon – 100 g
- Cream cheese – 150 g
- Green onions – 1 bunch
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry until crispy.
- Mix the bacon with cream cheese and chopped green onions.
- Fill the mushroom caps with the minced meat, sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Champignons stuffed with spinach and nuts
Ingredients:
- Champignons — 400 g
- Spinach (fresh or frozen) — 150 g
- Walnuts — 50 g
- Cream — 30 ml
- Parmesan cheese — 50 g
Preparation:
- Chop the spinach and walnuts. Fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cream, simmer until thickened.
- Stir the filling with grated Parmesan.
- Stuff the caps, bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Vegan champignons with quinoa and vegetables

- Quinoa (boiled) — 100 g
- Bell pepper — 1 pc.
- Onion — 1 pc.
- Soy sauce — 2 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
Preparation:

- Mix quinoa with vegetables, add soy sauce.
