Cucumber and Salmon Canapés

Ingredients:
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 100 g lightly salted salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- fresh dill
- skewers for serving
Step-by-step instructions:
- Slice the cucumber into slices about 1 cm thick.
- Cut the salmon into small pieces, easy to roll into a rose shape.
- Lightly fluff the cheese with a fork and a drop of lemon juice for a soft texture.
- Place a teaspoon of cheese on each cucumber slice, then top with a piece of salmon.
- Garnish with a sprig of dill and secure with a skewer.
Cucumber Rolls with Crab Sticks and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 2 long cucumbers
- 4 crab sticks
- 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise or yogurt
- 50 g cream cheese
- A pinch of dill
Step-by-step recipe:
- Slice the cucumbers into thin, long strips using a vegetable peeler.
- Chop the crab sticks, add the mayonnaise, cheese, and dill, and mix until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of filling on the edge of each cucumber strip and carefully roll them up.
- Arrange the rolls vertically on a plate and garnish with herbs or sesame seeds.
Cold cucumber shots with yogurt and mint

Ingredients:
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- 150 ml natural yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3-4 mint leaves
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- A pinch of olive oil
Step-by-step recipe:
- Peel the cucumbers and cut into cubes.
- Mix them with the yogurt, garlic, and mint.
- Purify all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Pour into mini glasses and drizzle with olive oil.
