Ginger-pumpkin smoothie
Ingredients:
- Pumpkin puree – 150 g
- Banana (frozen) – 1 pc.
- Coconut milk – 200 ml
- Honey – 1 tbsp.
- Ginger (fresh or ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- A pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
Step-by-step preparation:
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Whip until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with cinnamon or chopped nuts.
Apple-cranberry smoothie
Ingredients:
- Apple (green or sweet) – 1 pc.
- Frozen cranberries – 100 g
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) – 150 ml
- Natural yogurt – 100 ml
- Honey or agave syrup – 1-2 tsp.
- A pinch of vanilla or cinnamon (optional)
Step-by-step preparation:
- Peel the apple and cut it into pieces.
- Put the apple, cranberries, yogurt, juice and honey in a blender.
- Whip until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with cranberries or a sprig of mint.
Chocolate banana smoothie with cinnamon
Ingredients:
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Cocoa powder (sugar-free) – 1 tbsp.
- Milk – 200 ml
- Dates or honey – 2 pcs. (to taste)
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Dark chocolate (for garnish)
Step-by-step preparation:
- Soak the dates in hot water for 5 minutes (if using).
- Combine banana, cocoa, milk, cinnamon and sweetener in a blender.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Garnish with grated chocolate or a drop of whipped cream.
