Potato waffles with cheese

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these waffles are a great alternative to traditional potato pancakes or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Flour – 2-3 tbsp. Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for greasing the waffle iron
Step-by-step recipe:
- Peel the potatoes and boil them until soft, then mash them.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the potatoes.
- Beat the egg, add the flour, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
- Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour in the potato mixture and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Oven-baked cabbage steaks

White cabbage can be used not only as a salad ingredient but also as a full-fledged dish with a rich flavor.
Ingredients:
- white cabbage – 1 small head
- olive or vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Paprika, dried garlic, pepper – to taste
- Salt – to taste
Step-by-step recipe:
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Cut the cabbage into large slices 2-3 cm thick, trying to maintain the “steak” shape.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, crushed garlic, spices, and salt.
- Brush the cabbage slices with aromatic oil on both sides.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once.
Chicken fritters with vegetables

A great way to add variety to chicken fillet and prepare a juicy dish without excess fat.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 500 g
- Egg – 1
- Onion – 1
- Carrot or zucchini – 1 small
- Flour or starch – 2 tbsp.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Step-by-step instructions:
- Finely chop the chicken fillet with a knife or blend it into coarse crumbs.
- Finely chop the onion, grate the onion, and lightly squeeze out any excess juice.
- Combine the chicken, vegetables, egg, flour, salt, and spices until smooth.
- Heat a frying pan with a little oil.
- Spoon the mixture into the pancakes and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
