To prepare the salad, you need to mix eggs, green peas, red onion and mint. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the salad and toss gently. Serve the Easter salad chilled.

  • Slice the radish into thin circles.
  • Cut cucumbers into cubes.

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
