Eggs are one of the most affordable, nutritious and versatile foods in the kitchen. They are perfect for a quick dinner when you don’t have a lot of time to cook, but want something tasty and filling. Omelette with vegetables

Ingredients:
- 3–4 eggs
- 100 g bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 50 g tomatoes
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan with oil, lightly fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the vegetables and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes, covered.
Scrambled eggs with cheese and herbs

Ingredients:
- 2–3 eggs
- 50 g hard cheese
- Greens (parsley, dill)
- Salt, pepper
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan with oil, pour in the eggs.
- When the eggs begin to set, add grated cheese and finely chopped herbs.
- Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
Frittata with potatoes and sausage

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 150 g potatoes
- 100 g boiled sausage
- 1 onion
- Salt, pepper, spices to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Cut the potatoes into thin slices and lightly fry in a pan until soft.
- Chop the sausage and onion and add to the potatoes.
- Beat eggs with salt, pepper and spices, pour the mixture into the pan.
- Cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes, then broil briefly in the oven until the top is lightly browned.
