Chicken noodle soup

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 300 g
- Potatoes – 3
- Carrots – 1
- Onion – 1
- Noodles – 70 g
- Salt, pepper, herbs
Preparation:
- Boil the chicken fillet in 2–2.5 liters of water for 20–25 minutes.
- Remove the meat and cut into pieces.
- Add the chopped potatoes to the broth.
- After 10 minutes, add the fried onions and carrots.
- Add the vermicelli and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Return the chicken, season with salt, and add the herbs.
Classic Borscht

Ingredients:
- 400 g pork or beef
- 1-2 beets
- 3-4 potatoes
- 200 g cabbage
- 1 carrot, 1 onion each
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
Directions:
- Boil the meat broth for 1-1.5 hours.
- Add the potatoes.
- Separately, fry the onions, carrots, and beets with the tomato paste.
- Add the cabbage and fried onions to the broth.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes, then add the spices.
Pea Soup with Smoked Meats

Ingredients:
- 200 g peas
- 300 g smoked spare ribs or sausages
- 3 potatoes
- onions, carrots
Directions:
- Soak the peas for 2-3 hours.
- Boil until soft (about 40 minutes).
- Add the potatoes and smoked meats.
- Add the sautéed vegetables.
- Boil for another 15 minutes.
Chicken Cheese Soup

Ingredients:
- 250 g chicken fillet
- 2 processed cheese
- 2-3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
Directions:
- Boil the chicken, remove and chop.
- Add the potatoes to the broth.
- After 10 minutes, add the carrots.
- Add the chopped cheese and stir until melted. Return the chicken and cook to taste.
Light Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 2
- Zucchini – 1
- Carrots – 1
- Broccoli – 150g
- Onions
Directions:
- Add the potatoes to boiling water.
- After 5-7 minutes, add the remaining vegetables.
- Simmer until soft (15-20 minutes).
- Add salt and herbs.
