Baked Cauliflower with Cheese and Garlic

This aromatic and delicious dish with a golden-brown cheese crust is an excellent side dish or a standalone dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 150 g of hard cheese
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- dried herbs (oregano, thyme) – optional
Step-by-step preparation:
- Separate the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes, until half-cooked.
- Drain the cauliflower in a colander and let the water drain.
- Place the florets in a baking dish, add chopped garlic, oil, salt, and spices.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Battered Cauliflower in a Frying Pan

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside – a classic that both adults and children love.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 1 head
- Eggs – 2
- Flour – 4-5 tbsp
- Milk or water – 50 ml
- Salt and paprika – to taste
- Vegetable oil – for frying
Step-by-step preparation:
- Separate the cauliflower into florets and boil for 5 minutes in salted water.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then add the milk, flour, salt, and spices. The batter should be thick.
- Dip each cauliflower in the batter.
- Fry in a preheated frying pan until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Creamy Cauliflower Soup

A delicate, creamy, and very comforting soup, perfect for the cold season.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 500 g
- Potatoes – 2
- Onion – 1
- Creaming cream (20-30%) – 150 ml
- Butter – 20 g
- Salt and white pepper – to taste
Step-by-step preparation:
- Chop the onion and fry it in butter until translucent.
- Add the chopped potatoes and cauliflower florets, and cover with water.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until soft.
- Purify the soup in a blender until smooth.
- Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
