Ingredients:
- Zucchini – 2-3 pcs. medium-sized
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Sour cream or kefir – 3 tbsp.
- Hard cheese – 100 g
- Semolina – 3 tbsp.
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves
- Greens – to taste (parsley, dill)
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Oil for greasing the pan
Step-by-step preparation:
- Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, lightly salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out excess liquid.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add sour cream, semolina, chopped garlic, spices and herbs.
- Mix the zucchini with the egg mixture, add half of the grated cheese. Put the mixture in a greased pan, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
