Step-by-step preparation:

  • Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, lightly salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out excess liquid.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add sour cream, semolina, chopped garlic, spices and herbs.
  • Mix the zucchini with the egg mixture, add half of the grated cheese. Put the mixture in a greased pan, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
