Paper cup garland
A beautiful paper cup garland will bring fun and joy to your little one.
Materials:
- multi-colored paper cups;
- a thread;
- ribbon;
- bamboo skewer;
- glue.
Progress:
- Poke a hole in the base of each cup with a bamboo skewer.
- Thread a long thread into the glass, alternating the direction of each of them. Lubricate the holes with glue for fixing.
- Decorate the gap between the cups with ribbons or other decor.
- Instead of a thread, you can use an LED garland and insert a paper cup into every second light bulb.
Hat
Elegant hats will become a fashionable accessory for dolls.
Materials:
- paper cup;
- scissors;
- pencil;
- small decor (ribbon, beads, flowers).
Progress:
- Take a glass and divide it into three equal parts. Draw lines with a pencil.
- Cut off the rim of the glass.
- Cut 2/3 cups into strips 0.5 cm wide.
- Straighten the strips so that they are arranged like rays of the sun.
- Fold each strip in half at a 45 degree angle. Fix the end of the strip on the adjacent strip. thus bend all the strips to form the floors of the hat.
- Decorate the base of the craft with ribbon, beads, flowers.
Advent calendar
An advent calendar made from disposable cups is an interesting and fun way to count down the days until Christmas and will create a festive mood in your home.
Materials:
- disposable cups;
- cardboard or chipboard measuring 60 x 100 cm;
- sweets, small gifts or notes with wishes;
- clothespins;
- colored tissue paper;
- glue;
- markers.
Progress:
- We decorate the cups according to our own imagination and on each of them we write a number from 1 to 24 with a felt-tip pen.
- Fill each cup with candy, small gifts, or a wish note. You can use something different for each day, or you can make all cups the same.
- Wrap the top of the glass with tissue paper to hide the gift.
- Glue clothespins to a sheet of cardboard or fiberboard. Space them evenly so that there is a distance of 2-3 cm between the glasses.
- When the glue dries, attach the cups to the clothespins.
- Starting December 1, every day open the appropriate cup and enjoy the contents.
Animals
Creating animals from the distant African savannah is fun and an activity that allows you to bring to life the diverse inhabitants of this amazing place.
Materials:
- disposable cups;
- paints and brushes;
- chenille wire;
- markers;
- scissors;
- scotch.
Progress:
- Paint each cup a base color: brown for the monkey, yellow for the giraffe, and orange for the tiger.
- After drying, draw the rest of the elements: eyes, mouth, muzzle, nose, spots.
- Cut out ears, horns, tails from chenille wire and glue them to your wild animals.
