Cucumber-yogurt mask for freshness
You’ll need:
- 2 slices fresh cucumber
- 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
Grate the cucumber and mix with the yogurt. Apply the mixture to a cleansed face for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Honey-Banana Mask for Glowing Skin

You’ll need:
- half a banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
Mash the banana with a fork until smooth and add honey. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Green Tea with Oatmeal for Invigoration
You’ll need:
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons strongly brewed green tea
Pour hot green tea over the rolled oats and let it steep for 5-7 minutes, until the mixture becomes mushy. Apply to your face for 10 minutes, then rinse gently.
