First, cleanse the skin using a gentle makeup remover or micellar water. Next, choose a light eye cream that should be completely absorbed. Avoid oily textures that can cause the shadows to roll. If necessary, go over the eyelid with a dry cotton pad or tissue to remove any remaining moisturizer.
