Steam your feet

Start with foot baths. Warm water softens rough skin, preparing it for further care. Add to the water:
- sea salt (1 tbsp);
- soda (1 tbsp);
- a few drops of essential oil (lavender, tea tree, mint);
- You can also add chamomile or calendula infusion.
Put your feet in the bath for 15-20 minutes. After the procedure, dry your feet thoroughly with a towel.
Remove dead skin cells

After steaming, the skin needs to be cleaned of dead cells. Massage your heels and pads of your feet with pumice and a scrub, paying attention to rough areas. Do this carefully so as not to damage the skin.
Use nourishing creams

After exfoliating, be sure to apply a nourishing cream. Also, do not forget to take care of your feet before going to bed, applying a thicker product and putting on cotton socks.
Use homemade masks

A good option would be a mask made of banana and honey. You need to mash a ripe banana, add 1 teaspoon of honey, apply to your feet for 15 minutes, then rinse.
An oatmeal and milk mask would also be a good option. Pour hot milk over oatmeal, let cool and apply to your feet. This mask nourishes and relieves fatigue.
