Mask for moisturizing and softening the skin
You will need 2 tablespoons of flax seeds and 1/2 cup of water.
Pour water over the flax seeds and place them on the fire. Cook the mixture until it becomes thick like jelly. Leave it to cool to room temperature. Apply the mask to cleansed skin of the face and neck, rinse after 15 minutes.
Rejuvenating mask for smoothing wrinkles
You need 1 tablespoon of flax seeds and 1/4 cup of cold green tea.
In a bowl, pour the flax seeds over the tea. Cover them and leave them to steep for 1-2 hours. Grind the mixture with a blender until it becomes a thick paste. Apply it to the skin for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water and apply moisturizer.
