The first trailer for the film “Eddington” starring Joaquin Phoenix has been released

Independent film company A24 has presented the first trailer for the film “Eddington”, directed by American director Ari Aster.

The genre of the film is described as a black comedy neo-Western. Its plot revolves around the confrontation between the sheriff and the mayor of the small town of Eddington. The main roles were played by Joaquin Phoenix and Pedro Pascal. Emma Stone, Austin Butler, Luke Grimes and others also appeared in it.

The world premiere of the film will take place in May 2025 during the Cannes Film Festival.
