American director Guillermo del Toro has shot the new film “Frankenstein” based on the novel by the English writer Sarah Shelley “Frankenstein, or the Modern Prometheus”, written in 1818.
Netflix has presented the official trailer for the new film, and also announced when it will be released. Thus, it should appear on the big screens in November of this year. The main roles will be played by actors Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi, Mia Goth, Felix Kammerer, as well as Charles Dance and Christoph Waltz.
As the filmmakers note, the director adapts Mary Shelley’s classic story about Victor Frankenstein, a selfish scientist who brings a creature to life in his experiment. This ultimately leads to the death of the brilliant creator and his tragic creation.
