The celebrated horror saga “Scream” is preparing to return, and Neve Campbell will once again appear on screen, reprising her iconic role as Sidney Prescott.
Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for “Scream 7,” which is available on the company’s official YouTube channel. The video shows the main character once again caught up in a series of bloody murders. The film is scheduled for release on February 27, 2026.
In addition to Campbell, the cast also includes Courteney Cox, Mason Gooding, Jasmine Savoy Brown, David Arquette, Matthew Lillard, and Scott Foley.
The seventh film in the franchise was confirmed back in August 2023 following the resounding success of the previous installment. However, production was halted several times due to strikes by actors’ and writers’ unions. The project also underwent significant changes in its cast and crew.
