Film company Warner Bros. Pictures has released the debut trailer for the sci-fi horror film The End of Oak Street. The film takes place in the 1980s. After a mysterious cosmic phenomenon transports Oak Street from its familiar suburb into an unknown time and space, the family is faced with the need to band together to survive and adapt to their completely changed surroundings.
Viewers will see Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor in the lead roles. Also participating in the film is the young Canadian actor Christian Convery, known for the films “Dazed Bear,” “Monkey,” “Frankenstein” and the TV series “Sweet Tooth.”
It was directed and written by David Robert Mitchell, who has already established himself in the horror genre with It Follows You (2014) and Under Silver Lake (2018), both of which were presented at the Cannes Film Festival.
