Netflix has released the first trailer for the new thriller “Run Away,” based on the 2019 novel of the same name by American writer Garland Coben.
The series premieres on January 1, 2026, and promises to be one of the most gripping premieres of the year. The story centers on exemplary family man Simon Green, whose life is radically changed after the mysterious disappearance of his eldest daughter, Paige. His search for her plunges him into a dangerous underworld, where one unexpected act of violence upends his entire existence.
The project features actors such as James Nesbitt (“Stay Closer,” “The Lucky One”), Ruth Jones (“Gavin & Stacey”), Minnie Driver (“On the Edge of Insanity”), Alfred Enoch (“How to Get Away with Murder”), and others. “Run Away” will be available on Netflix starting January 1, 2026.
