Trailer for the sci-fi comedy “Bugonia” released

Focus Features has released the first trailer for the sci-fi comedy “Bugonia”. It is the tenth full-length film by Greek director Yorgos Lanthimos.

The plot centers on two people who are obsessed with conspiracy theories. They kidnap the influential CEO of a large company, as they are convinced that the director is an alien who will destroy the planet.

The film stars Emma Stone and Jesse Plemens, as well as Aidan Delbis. Alicia Silverstone and stand-up comedian Stavros Chalkias will also appear in the film. The film is set to hit theaters on October 24, 2025.
