OpenAI has introduced a new free mode in ChatGPT. As reported in a statement on the X microblog, this chatbot is increasingly used by students. Therefore, it strives to ensure that such a bot contributes to deeper understanding and learning. The new mode will allow students to solve problems step by step, and not just receive ready-made answers.
This mode was developed together with teachers. It was created as an interactive experience: it uses the Socratic method and step-by-step prompts, which will guide the user through the learning process to the right solution.

This method was the company’s first step to improving learning in ChatGPT. The feature is available for registered Free, Plus, Pro and Team users.
Recall that earlier, the CEO of OpenAI urged people not to trust ChatGPT when making important decisions.
