A NASA scientist has claimed that there may be extraterrestrial life in the solar system. It is on the dwarf planet Ceres. This was stated by Dr. David Grinspoon.
As he notes, Ceres is the smallest of the known dwarf planets in the solar system. It may contain liquid water and, quite possibly, life. The scientist notes that a spacecraft was recently sent there, which found several amazing things.

A bright white flash was seen on the planet, which indicates the presence of a salt deposit. According to the scientist, this is evidence that there was once water there. This suggests that it was once a water world and perhaps there is still liquid water inside it.
David Grinspoon believes that this fact may be interesting for astrobiologists, as it means that dwarf planets in the past could have had conditions suitable for life. He does not rule out that they could have survived to this day. And Ceres may be home to certain organisms that have not yet been studied by scientists.
Recall that NASA has discovered a planet that is sending mysterious signals.
