Al Pacino will sue the 29-year-old mother of his child

Famous actor Al Pacino intends to sue his 29-year-old lover, who gave birth to his child in June of this year. So, Nur Alfallah gave birth to a son, Roman, a Hollywood actor.

According to The Blast, Nur filed documents with the court. She wants full physical custody of the son she shares with Al Pacino; the actor himself will be able to see the child only on certain days. At the same time, she offers to make joint legal custody of Roman. Thus, the artist will be able to participate in solving important issues in his son’s life: education, treatment, religious views, etc. A voluntary declaration of paternity, which was signed in the presence of witnesses six days after the birth of his son, was also added to the claim documents.

Noor also demands that Al Pacino pay all her expenses in this case, including attorneys’ fees. There is no talk about the amount of alimony yet, since the judge must become familiar with the income of both parents. After this, he will set the amount that the father must pay the child monthly.

At the same time, everything is fine in the couple’s relationship. Nur just wanted to get full custody of her son through the court.
