The famous musician, heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22. He suffered from coronary heart disease and Parkinson’s disease, in his youth he had problems with drugs and alcohol, and he also had injuries.
The cause of death of 76-year-old Ozzy Osbourne was acute myocardial infarction, which is indicated in the death certificate. The entry says that the musician died of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction.

On the day of the musician’s death, an air ambulance flew to his home near the village of Chalfont St. Giles in Buckinghamshire, England. The musician’s funeral took place on July 30 in his hometown of Birmingham. He was seen off by thousands of fans who lined the streets to remember the musician and pay their respects.
