British singer, pianist and composer Elton John announced on his Instagram that he partially lost his sight due to an eye infection.
As the 77-year-old musician said, it will take time to recover. And he suffered from an eye infection in the summer, due to which one of his eyes can see partially. Sir Elton John is recovering, but this is a very slow process, it will take time to recover. Doctors, nurses and family members are helping him cope. They have been taking care of him for several weeks while he recovers.
The artist also said that he has made progress in his treatment and feels positive.
Recall that Elton John is married to his partner David Furnish. They officially entered into a civil partnership in 2005 and married in 2014. The couple are parents to two sons, Jackson Levon, who was born in 2010, and Elijah Joseph Daniel, who was born in 2013.
The musician ended his career in 2023 after the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road world tour.
