Famous American rapper Fatman Scoop, 56, whose real name is Isaac Freeman, died during his performance.
The sad news was confirmed by his family on the artist’s Instagram page. In the city of Hamden, Connecticut, the musician felt ill right during the concert. He lost consciousness while on stage. An ambulance was called for the rapper and he was taken to the hospital. But, despite the efforts of doctors, the musician’s heart gave out.
The reasons for Fatman Scoop’s sudden death are not reported. His family does not provide details.
Rapper Fatman Scoop became incredibly popular in the 1990s. He had a great influence on the development of hip-hop culture, and his songs Be Faithful, It’s Like That, Lose Control received many fans. For the song Lose Control, he was awarded two Grammys in the categories of Best Rap Song and Best Short Form Music Video.
