Legendary singer Françoise Hardy has died

The legendary French singer Françoise Hardy died at the age of 80. She sang in the style of chanson.

The son of the performer, Tom Durton, reported the sad event by writing a message on his Facebook. Françoise passed away on June 11.

The singer struggled with serious illnesses for many years. In 2004, she began treatment for lymphoma. In 2019, Françoise revealed that she was suffering from cancer. As a result of treatment for a serious illness, she lost hearing in one ear. The performer fought to legalize euthanasia in France. She admitted that it was hard for her to worry every day. Double cancer of the larynx and lymphatic system causes her unbearable suffering.
