Smallville star Tom Welling arrested by police

American actor Tom Welling, who became famous for his role as Clark Kent in the Smallville television series, was arrested by police for drunk driving. This happened a day after he celebrated his wife Jessica Rose Lee’s birthday.

Police stopped the actor’s car in Yreka, California. He took a blood alcohol test. And his alcohol level was at or above the legal limit of 0.8 ppm.

The actor was arrested and taken to the sheriff’s office, where he spent from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. Now he will be charged on March 11.
